Assessment: Through qualitative and quantitative tools, TCCI accurately discovers your organization’s current state for greater insight and understanding. Through a written report, TCCI presents the identifying key strengths, current challenges, and the forces within their system to accomplish the most successful outcomes.
Design: TCCI begins to craft a unique process for the client by taking into consideration everything discovered from the Assessment phase, the client’s hopes and expectations of a successful process and engagement.
Develop: After the assessment phase is unpacked, presented, and processed with the client, the development phase of navigating change begins. This phase typically involves a series of retreats and off-site events, facilitated by the TCCI consultant. Along with one-on-one coaching with senior leadership within the organization. TCCI has found this step to be a critical component, not only for beginning the process of change but also for organizational development. TCCI will provide tools for resistance and creating alignment within the organization. The Development phase also ensures desired outcomes to be sustainable beyond consulting engagement.
Integrate: The key to successful engagement requires involvement from key stakeholders. Gandhi once said, “What is done without people, is done to them.” If you want to see organizational change, you need ownership and by-in, which stems from involvement. The successful change process includes intention points of connection, communication, and involvement across the organization. This process provides necessary insight, skill, and engagement for each person involved.
Sustain: John Cotter notes, in his analysis of organizational change, that one of the failures for ongoing change is declaring victory too soon. The client not only needs to understand organizations always resistance change and will want to revert to its previous (and preferred) state. Therefore it is critical to ensure the learning, systems, and structures are in place throughout and beyond the engagement to ensure sustained change and growth.
